HSN Tees Customisation Policy
At HSN Tees, we believe in bringing your unique ideas to life. Whether it’s a custom design or your favourite quote, we are here to print it just the way you envision. Please review our customisation policy below:
- Design Submission: Send us your design, artwork, or favourite quote through Whatsapp. Ensure the file is in 300DPI for the best print quality. Accepted formats include PNG, JPEG, and PDF.
- Customization Details: Specify your preferred T-shirt color, size, and any additional customization requests (e.g., placement of the design, text color)
- Production Time: After approval, please allow 7-9 business days for production. If you require expedited service, please contact us for availability and additional charges.
- Order Minimums: There is no minimum order quantity for customised T-shirts. Bulk orders may qualify for discounts—contact us for more information.
- Payment: Full payment in advance is required for Customisation.
- Cancellations and Changes: Custom orders cannot be canceled or modified after production has begun. Please review your order details carefully before finalizing.
- Return and Refund Policy: Customized items are non-refundable unless there is a defect in the material or printing. If you receive a defective item, contact us within 2 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
